Description

Heating Ink VSB-003 is a viscous fluid thermoelectric substance, it has high thermoelectric conversion efficiency, can rapid increase and decrease the temperature of coated object. TCNT Research Team developed the Heating Ink VSB-003 based on Nano carbon materials and inorganic resin paste from a innovation heating product. Use VSB-003 & ElectroConductor EGN-02 (as electrode), the heating temperature of VSB-003 can be adjust by coating method, electrode distance and operating voltage. It can normally operating at high temperature, even at 400C. Due to contain special inorganic resin, Heating Ink VSB-003 has outstanding performance in adhesive and protective properties especially with metallic substrates. After curing, the Heating Ink VSB-003 will form a glassy carbon layer which has good wear resistance and can be heated by microwave absorption ability.
